On Wednesday 2nd May the school received its fourth Green Flag.  The theme for this flag was Water Conservation.  These are some pictures of the day at the Radisson Blu Hotel where the flag was presented.  Thanks to all involved in working towards this flag.

World Book Day was celebrated in Dromahane N.S. today.  Amazing costumes were worn, a book sale was held in the school hall and the local librarian read some books to the younger classes.  A great day was had by all!!!

Today some brownies and ladybirds visited us on Thinking Day.  They told us all about what they do every week.  Well done girls.

Ashling Healy, Emma O’Regan and some of the Kilshanning Junior Ladies team visited our school today.  Ashling was on the Cork Ladies Minor Football team who won the All-Ireland recently.  The club had double success as Kilshannig Junior Ladies also won the County.  Well done Ashling and Emma
